Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications

Job description:

  • Evaluate the key communication and publicity initiatives for SCCC’s programmes and profile it as a choice venue
  • Draft and edit copies in both English and Chinese for media engagement, marketing collaterals, and social media use
  • Draft speeches
  • Work closely with SCCC’s departments and external stakeholders in the planning and organising of publicity initiatives
  • Manage and work with appointed vendors to execute marketing campaigns and develop collaterals
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relations with media partners, plan and organise media activities
  • Strategise, manage and develop content on for corporate website and social media platforms
  • Analyse campaign reports and propose areas of improvements
  • Translation of materials (English-Chinese and Chinese-English)

 

Job requirement:

Academic
  • Degree in Marketing, Social Media or Mass Communications
Professional
  • Media, marketing and social media experience
  • Relevant experience in social, cultural or arts industry will be preferred.
Essential Skills
  • Project management
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English language to translate  materials like English to Chinese language or Chinese to English language (vice versa) and also to handle comments and queries from English and Chinese speaking counterparts)
  • Excellent writing skills
