Get your POUND on at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre! POUND is a drumming workout that combines cardio, conditioning, strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Armed with drumsticks during the workout, you can now drum your way to fitness with this full body workout!

This programme is part of [email protected], a series of active and wellness programme brought to you by the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, Health Promotion Board’s Healthy Workplace Ecosystem and Singapore National Employers Federation.
