Kwong Woh Hing Sauce Factory, which has 76 years of history, is known to produce sauces using the most traditional and natural methods. Its sauces take at least a year to produce and this is only possible through the perfect combination of sunlight, air and time. Through the efforts of Kwong Woh Hing’s second-generation owner and his three sons, their products are now retailed at boutique shops—ensuring the passing on of this heritage in an era of creativity.
In this edition of Zaobao Cultural & Creative Space, Kwong Woh Hing will share about the company’s history, fermentation tips and how they ventured into producing vinegar.
Each participant gets to bring back an exquisite pack of sauces worth $15. Limited capacity of 50 pax. Hurry! Sign up now!
