Zaobao Cultural & Creative Space

The upcoming edition of the Zaobao Cultural and Creative Space will screen a documentary on Taiwanese puppetry master Mr Chen Hsi-huang. Titled Father, the film tells the story of Mr Chen, who has achieved national treasure status as a puppet master,  and the  complicated relationship with his father, senior puppet master Mr Li Tien-lu. The session will conclude with a discussion on the Singapore and Taiwan puppetry scene, with filmmaker Mr Yang Li-chou and Mr Chen. The latter will also give a puppet performance demonstration.
