Jointly organised by Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations and Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, the 2023 Duan Wu Carnival returns in the form of the online and offline events. It is also the second year that the organisers have resumed physical activities.
With the theme “Celebrating Duan Wu Festival, Looking Forward to a Brighter Future”, this year’s art contest aims to encourage everyone to actively envision and create a better tomorrow together.
