Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the processing of venue hire requests and final closing.
  • Prompt response to all venue enquiries via phone and email.
  • Facilitate hirers’ bookings, issuance of Letter of Acceptance, event estimate, rental deposit, purchase of insurance, final costing, and post event payment.
  • Work closely with the Finance department to ensure that billing and payments are collected and processed in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates on hirers’ activities, venue hire requests and tracking of outcome.
  • Liaise with hirers on outstanding deposits and final payment.
  • To ensure excellent customer service when liaising with hirers and partners.
  • Support the preparation of reports for department meetings.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree and/ or Diploma in Arts Management, Business Administration, Event Management.
  • 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience. Preferably with working knowledge in the following fields: Arts Facilities Management, Tenancy Management, Customer Service and/or Leasing.
  • Good working knowledge of the Events Business Management Software (EBMS).
  • Good time and events management skills.
  • Strong interest and passion in Chinese arts, culture and heritage.
  • Outgoing personality with a can-do spirit.
  • Able to work independently and be a good team player.
  • Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
  • Singaporean/Singapore PR only.
