Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the processing of venue hire requests and final closing.
- Prompt response to all venue enquiries via phone and email.
- Facilitate hirers’ bookings, issuance of Letter of Acceptance, event estimate, rental deposit, purchase of insurance, final costing, and post event payment.
- Work closely with the Finance department to ensure that billing and payments are collected and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on hirers’ activities, venue hire requests and tracking of outcome.
- Liaise with hirers on outstanding deposits and final payment.
- To ensure excellent customer service when liaising with hirers and partners.
- Support the preparation of reports for department meetings.
- Any additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Degree and/ or Diploma in Arts Management, Business Administration, Event Management.
- 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience. Preferably with working knowledge in the following fields: Arts Facilities Management, Tenancy Management, Customer Service and/or Leasing.
- Good working knowledge of the Events Business Management Software (EBMS).
- Good time and events management skills.
- Strong interest and passion in Chinese arts, culture and heritage.
- Outgoing personality with a can-do spirit.
- Able to work independently and be a good team player.
- Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
- Singaporean/Singapore PR only.
