Maestro Yan’s Choice Pieces
Yan Huichang and SCO’s concert met with rousing acclaim last season. Maestro Yan returns with more of his beloved range of iconic pieces made famous by HKCO. He will be premiering Tang Resonating, written by Hong Kong composer Ng Cheuk Yin in Singapore. SCO Pipa Principal Yu Jia will also play the Singapore premiere of Zhao Jiping’s Pipa Concerto No. 2.
