Chinese Dance Fiesta 2025

The Singapore Chinese Dance Theatre (SCDT) is proud to present the Chinese Dance Fiesta 2025, a vibrant celebration of Chinese culture and heritage through the art of dance.

From 20 Apr to 3 May 2025, this milestone 10th edition will feature eight public performances by talented dancers from schools, community groups and professional dance companies across Singapore. Audiences can look forward to a captivating blend of traditional and contemporary Chinese dance styles at the showcases, taking place at the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage at the Singapore Botanic Gardens on 20 Apr, DBS Foundation Outdoor Theatre at Esplanade on 25 & 26 Apr, Kreta Ayer Square on 27 Apr, VivoCity Amphitheatre, Level 3 on 2 May and Our Tampines Hub Festive Stage on 3 May.

Chinese Dance Fiesta is also a vibrant platform for learning and cultural exchange. This year, in collaboration with MUZI XIHUA, SCDT is proud to present Ms. Li Qian, a distinguished lecturer from the Dance Academy of Northwest Minzu University in China, as the featured artist in the Master Series. She will be hosting two public talk and demonstration sessions at the Esplanade Concourse on 26 Apr, as well as exclusive workshops for dance enthusiasts and experienced dancers.
