Co-organised by Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and National Heritage Board, this half-day seminar will comprise two panels featuring distinguished speakers from Singapore, Johor Bahru and Penang. The first panel will explore the history and evolution of Chingay Parades in the three cities while the second panel will focus on the heritage practices and practitioners of Chingay Parades.
