What is Cultural Playground?

Organised by Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC), Cultural Playground is the Centre’s first children’s festival for children (aged 12 and below) which offers performances, interactive workshops, and family-friendly programmes!

About Cultural Playground 2026

Based on the theme of “Tales and Tunes”, SCCC’s Cultural Playground will feature family-friendly offerings from Paper Monkey Theatre, The Theatre Practice, LittleCr3atures®, BrookieKids, and more! Taking place at SCCC from 19 to 21 June 2026, Cultural Playground invites families to discover and experience Singapore Chinese culture through stories, music, and play.

Through a mix of performances, activities, workshops, and more, Cultural Playground serves as a platform for arts and cultural groups to present meaningful, interactive experiences, encouraging children and families to actively participate in discovering and celebrating our cultural heritage while deepening their appreciation for the Chinese language in a fun and engaging way.
