Culture Mixing and Chinese Identity

Culture mixing refers to the merge and integration of elements from different cultures.

Will Chinese-Western culturally mixed paintings and music enhance Chinese Singaporeans’ identification with and interest in Chinese culture?

This talk will discuss the psychology of culture mixing, and report a series of studies examining the impact of culturally mixed art on Chinese identity.
