Chinese wind instrument fans and enthusiasts, you are in for a treat! “Resounding Winds” stars three famous contemporary suona virtuosos, namely programme curator Jin Shiyi, conductor Liu Chiang-Pin, and soloist Wang Zhanzhan. Together, they will bring you a kaleidoscopic repertoire, ranging from wind and percussion classics, to folk music that showcase music techniques unique to regions, to jazz, to winds and percussion music that resonates with Singapore, to fusion ensemble pieces, and full concertos.
