Spring Reception has been an annual affair for Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations. Held on the third day of the first lunar month, political leaders, members of parliament, members of diplomatic corps, representatives from the local Chinese arts and cultural scene and members of different ethnic communities come together to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
