Have you ever felt unsure of what to do? At times like these, our values show us the way. At this travelling exhibition, you’ll meet the values that hold a special place in the hearts of many Chinese Singaporeans, such as loyalty, filial piety and perseverance.
Influenced by schools of thought like Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism, early Chinese migrants passed these values on through stories and traditions. Being universal values, you’ll also find them in cultures across the globe.
Now, it’s your turn to meet them. Learn the wisdom they offer and discover the values you hold dear.
This exhibition co-organised by Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, Malay Heritage Centre and Indian Heritage Centre, thrusts families to interact and play with the exhibition, while inviting them to learn and explore the different essential values important to various communities in Singapore.
