As a public open multi-functional space, the ground floor of HDB flats not only witness the joy and sorrow of residents, it also carries the collective memories of many generations of Singaporeans. The “Zaobao Cultural and Creative Space” talk welcomes four speakers who will share the infinite possibilities of this cultural rice space from the culture, photography, murals and lighting art perspective.
