Energize

“Energize” is back! Every Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 8pm, let’s workout together at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre Concourse! There are drumming fitness, cardio hiphop, zumba and taiji exercises for you to choose from. All the activities are free to join, sign up via Healthy 365 app now!

“Energize” is jointly organised by the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, Health Promotion Board’s Healthy Workplace Ecosystem and Singapore National Employers Federation.

Monday: Drumming Fitness (by Drum Feng)
Tuesday: Cardio Hiphop (by Alpha Fitness)
Wednesday: Zumba (by Alpha Fitness)
Thursday: Taiji (by Master Daniel Tan)

Notes:
*Admission is free. Please register via Healthy 365 app.  [Open H365 app-> Go to Explore-> Select Events> In [Search by event or location] section, key in “Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre” -> select your desired fitness class -> click Book Now]
*Walk-in registrations are also available on the day of the event (except Drumming Fitness). However, you would still be required to use the Healthy 365 app to mark your attendance.
*Sessions that are fully booked will not be shown on the H365 app.
*Beginners are welcome.
