In partnership with four local organisations, Drum Feng, RuanAtWorkz Musical Arts, The Red Pencil Singapore, and Mind in the Mountains, SCCC is offering a unique menu of programmes that incorporate Chinese arts, physical fitness and meditation designed to improve wellbeing.
Choose from restorative sound baths, creative art therapeutic activities and/or high-energy fitness drumming workouts, all considerately scheduled during lunch time and after office hours.

Healing Harmony Sound Bath, with RuanAtWorkz Musical Arts
A sound bath conducted by RuanAtWorkz Musical Arts which offers a captivating sonic fusion of the traditional Chinese Ruan, Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes and other musical instruments. This auditory experience relaxes the body and calms the mind by creating a soothing space of deep stillness that heals and restores.

HIT! Fitness x Drumming Workout, with Drum Feng
A high-energy, one-hour fitness experience by Drum Feng that merges rhythmic Chinese drumming with interval-based movements, giving participants a full-body strength and endurance workout. This pulsating exercise involving physical wellness and cultural appreciation is guaranteed to work up a sweat!

Motion x Drumming Workout, with Drum Feng
A unique fitness experience by Drum Feng that blends traditional Chinese percussion with choreographed movements to improve cardio fitness, coordination, balance, and body awareness. This workout helps participants burn calories, sharpen their focus, and recharge their spirits through a mix of drumming and physical movements.

Lai La-kopi Art Therapeutic Workshop, with The Red Pencil Singapore
A one-hour art therapeutic coaster workshop by an art therapist to help transform everyday coffee mug stains into personal mandalas filled with meaningful lines and symbols. This arts-based experience invites participants to enjoy a cup of fresh coffee and explore how it embodies values of care, rest and togetherness. No prior art experience needed!

Reflective Art Experience, with Mind in the Mountains
A one-hour reflective art workshop by trained instructors that will equip participants with mindful painting techniques using a variety of materials. This experience provides a safe space for participants to disconnect from daily pressures and focus on release, restoration and mental nourishment. Participants can bring their canvas artworks home and learn practical coping skills to support their mental well-being.
