Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production coordination and assignment of technical officers for all events at the Centre.
  • Collaborate with the Venues & Partnership and Production teams to resolve stakeholders’ production/ technical matters proactively.
  • Manage production coordination related telephone and email requests.
  • Initiate and facilitate production meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical and production aspects of events are delivered with high standards.
  • Manage and maintain the production processes, documentation, and correspondences within the Event Business Management System (EBMS).
  • Maintain close communications with internal departments to ensure efficient venue utilisation while providing excellent customer service.
  • Facilitate prompt event closing and final billings of stakeholders’ events.
  • Co-organise the weekly event operations meeting with Venues & Partnership.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and workflow in production related areas.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by Management.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree and/ or Diploma in Arts Management, Technical Theatre or Production Management.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
  • Good working knowledge of the Events Business Management Software (EBMS).
  • Good time and events management skills.
  • Strong interest and passion in Chinese arts, culture and heritage.
  • Outgoing personality with a can-do spirit.
  • Able to work independently and be a good team player.
  • Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
