Eating Table is an exhibition that explores the origins of local Chinese banquet caterers and how these feasts have evolved to incorporate diverse cultural influences, resulting in a unique and dynamic culinary landscape in Singapore.
From traditional wedding banquets held in temporary tents to celebratory meals held in modern housing estates and community centres, discover how these banquets have brought communities together and contributed to the distinctiveness of Chinese Singaporean culture.
