2) Songs of the Dragon Kiln – YouTube, 19 June 12pm
Songs of the Dragon Kiln is back by popular demand! This multidisciplinary experience premiered in 2017 to critical acclaim, with its seamless blend of documentary film and pottery with Chinese chamber music.
Ding Yi reprises this unique concert, shining a spotlight on one of Singapore’s fast-fading heritage – the Dragon Kiln. Part-archival and part-commentary on vanishing trades, this showcase is all heart and homage to a beloved tradition of Chinese culture.
Songs of Dragon Kiln premiered in 2017 in collaboration with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay.

Showcasing Singapore’s hits and superstars in the Chinese music world, the 4th edition focuses on our homegrown maestros, who have orchestrated stunning music accompaniments in chart-toppers and made our music masters sought-after by A-listers all over Asia.
